The brand Toscano is the only cigar in Italy.
The cigar also consists of pure Italian Tobacco, originating in Tuscany, where the real Kentucky tobacco has been rebuilt to make it out of pipe.
A tobacco harvest has accidentally become wet, causing the tobacco to ferment, for pipe tobacco it could not be used anymore and a simple cigar was rolled.
When customers began to cure these Tuscanos, these cigars became a regular production of this humidified and highly fermented tobacco.
Toscanos are quite strong of taste with a rough and lumpy appearance.
The long, thin and tapered Toscano sizes are cut in half in the middle of the middle.
The smaller Toscanello models are already halved and can therefore be directly lighted.
